Onboarding inklusibo batek askotariko talentua erakartzeko eta fidelizatzeko aukera bihurtzen du une hori<strong>; prozesu baztertzaile batek, berriz, mesfidantza eta errotazio goiztiarra eragin ditzake.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zer da onboarding inklusiboa? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Onboarding-a edo <strong>harrera-prozesua langile berriak erakundearen dinamikan integratzeko egiten diren ekintzen multzoa da<\/strong>. Emakumeen Institutuaren lan-inguruneetan aniztasuna kudeatzeko gidaren arabera (2022), onboarding inklusibo baten helburua da aukera-berdintasuna bermatzea, aniztasuna sustatzea eta historian zehar kolektibo jakin batzuen erabateko parte-hartzea mugatu duten joerak saihestea.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ongietorriko joera ohikoenak <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Joerak oharkabean pasa daitezke, baina eragin zuzena dute pertsonek beren lan-ibilbidea hastean sentitzen duten moduan. Hauek dira ohikoenak:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tratu desberdinak genero edo adinaren arabera<\/strong>, hala nola, hasieran erantzukizun handiagoa ematea gizon gazteei eta emakumeak edo seniorrak bigarren mailako zereginetara baztertzea. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eskuliburu, plataforma digital edo espazio fisikoetarako irisgarritasun falta, aniztasun funtzionala duten pertsonen integrazioa zaildu dezakeena. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hizkuntza bat bakarrik erabiltzea, eta horrek kanpoan uzten ditu hizkuntza hori bere osotasunean menderatzen ez dutenak. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontziliazio-beharrei jaramonik ez egitea, etenaldirik gabeko saio luzeak antolatuz edo erantzunkidetasuna zailtzen duten ordutegietan. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Alborapen horiek identifikatzea da harrera-prozesu bidezko eta jasangarriak eraikitzeko lehen urratsa. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Onboardingean alborapenak saihesteko checklist-a <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Onboarding inklusibo batek planifikazioa eskatzen du. Hona hemen lehen egunetik alborapenak saihesten eta esperientzia positiboa sortzen laguntzen duten neurrien zerrenda praktikoa:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ongietorriko material irisgarria prestatzea, hainbat formatu eta hizkuntzatan eskura daitekeena. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aholkularia izendatzea, lehenengo asteetan laguntzeko.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hasierako prestakuntzan berdintasun-protokoloei eta salaketen barne-kanalari buruzko informazioa sartzea (Informatzaileak Babesteko 2\/2023 Legea; BOE, 2023). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harrera-jardunaldia nolabaiteko malgutasunez diseinatzea, lana eta familia uztartzea errazteko. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eskuliburu, dokumentu eta komunikazio korporatiboetan hizkuntza inklusiboa erabiltzea. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Neurri horiek sinpleak dira, baina mezu argia helarazten dute: erakunde honetan pertsona guztiek kontatzen dute. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Caso ilustrativo <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Imajina ditzagun bi agertoki: <\/p>\n\n<p>1. Lehenengoan, sartu berri den pertsona batek gaztelaniaz bakarrik jasotzen ditu eskuliburuak, ez zaio taldeari modu egituratuan aurkezten, eta ez ditu ezagutzen berdintasunerako barne-protokoloak. Emaitza: desorientazioa, segurtasun eza eta partaide ez izatearen sentsazioa.  <\/p>\n\n<p>2. Bigarrenean, pertsonak material eskuragarriak aurkitzen ditu, aholkulari baten laguntza jasotzen du eta parte hartzeko eta babesteko bideen berri ematen zaio.
