Aurten, ikusezina \u2014inpaktu emozionala\u2014 zaintzea fisikoa berreraikitzea bezain garrantzitsua dela gogoraraztea bilatzen du jardunaldiak.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Larrialdien eragina osasun mentalean <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Hondamendi naturalek eta krisi humanitarioek muturreko estresa, antsietatea, doluak eta traumak sortzen dituzte, eta edozein pertsonari eragin diezaiokete, pertsona horren adina, jatorria edo egoera edozein izanda ere. Animaliak jarduera-planetan sartzea ez da osagarria, osasunaren eta erresilientzia komunitarioaren ikuspegi integralaren parte baizik (Confederaci\u00f3n Salud Mental Espa\u00f1a, 2025).  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Larrialditik erresilientziara <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Hondamendi bat gainditzeko, berreraikuntza fisikoa ez ezik, laguntza psikologiko eta komunitarioko prozesuak ere behar dira. OMEk (2022) gogorarazi du osasun mentala oinarrizko giza eskubidea dela, eta laguntza psikosozialeko zerbitzuek presente egon behar dutela larrialdien aurreko prestakuntzan, berehalako erantzunean eta epe luzeko errekuperazioan.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Espainiako Osasun Mentalaren Konfederazioak (2025) nabarmentzen duen bezala, erresilientzia elkarren arteko laguntzatik, sare sozial sendoetatik eta berreraikuntzaren funtsezko zati gisa arreta emozionala lehenesten duten politika publikoetatik sortzen da. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Efemeridetik ekintzara <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>El D\u00eda Mundial de la Salud Mental 2025 nos invita a reconocer que <strong>todas las personas somos vulnerables<\/strong>, y que esa vulnerabilidad compartida puede convertirse en una oportunidad para reforzar la solidaridad y la cooperaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ereinn Consultor\u00eda y Formaci\u00f3n enpresan, erakundeei laguntzen diegu osasun mentala eta berdintasuna beren estrategietan txertatzen.
