Barne-politikan, komeni da aplikatu beharreko araudiak edo hitzarmenak eskatzen dituen ohar-baldintzak eta frogagiriak zehaztea.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reducci\u00f3n de jornada por cuidado <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Araudiak senideak zaintzeko lanaldia murrizteko aukera ematen du; praktikan, murrizketa <strong>hori ohiko lanaldiaren 1\/8 (% 12,5) eta 1\/2 (% 50) artekoa izan daiteke,<\/strong> eta, ondorioz, soldata ere proportzio berean jaitsiko da. Oporrak hartzeko modu zehatza eta ordainsarietan izango dituen ondorioak \u00f1abartu egin ditzakete aplikatzekoa den hitzarmen kolektiboak eta enplegatuaren eta erakundearen arteko akordioek (2\/2015 Legegintzako Errege Dekretua, 2015).  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Excedencia por cuidado de familiares <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Arreta luzea behar den kasuetan senideak zaintzeko eszedentziak (bigarren mailara arte) eskatzeko eskubidea arautzen du Estatutuak; iraupen legala eta baldintzak (lanpostua gordetzea, antzinatasunaren gaineko ondorioak) Estatutuan ezarrita daude, eta negoziazio kolektiboaren bidez zabal daitezke. Ohikoa da lanpostu-erreserbak denbora-mugak izatea, eta horiek barne-politikan zehaztea komeni da (2\/2015 Legegintzako Errege Dekretua, 2015).  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Telelan partziala <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Urrutiko lana 28\/2020 Errege Lege Dekretuak arautzen du, eta, araubide orokorrean, <strong>idatzizko akordio bat behar du<\/strong>, lan-arriskuak prebenitzeko baldintzak, bitartekoak, konpentsazioak eta neurriak jasoko dituena. Telelana egiteko eskaera bidezko bidea da zainketak eta jarduera profesionala bateratzeko, baina zehazten da <\/p>\n\n<p>idatzizko akordioaren eta erakundearen barne-politikaren bidez (28\/2020 Errege Lege Dekretua, 2020). <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nola aurkitu laguntzak eta prestatu zure burua<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Estatuko, autonomia-erkidegoko eta tokiko deialdi batzuek kontziliazio-neurriak finantza ditzakete (telelana, prestakuntza, laguntza-zerbitzuak, txanda-kontratuak). Lerro hauek lurraldez lurralde eta deialdiz deialdi aldatzen direnez, baliagarriena prozesu praktiko txiki bat jarraitzea da:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bilatu deialdi ofiziala<\/strong> BOEn \/ BOP \/ autonomia erkidegoko edo udaleko egoitza elektronikoan. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Egiaztatu funtsezko betekizunak:<\/strong> onuradunak, lurralde-eremua, jarduera finantzagarriak eta epeak. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prestatu funtsezkoena:<\/strong> begiratu lehenik deialdiaren oinarriak. Orientazio gisa, hauek eskatzen dira: NAN\/AIZ eta errolda-ziurtagiria; medikuaren txostena edo mendekotasun-ebazpena, hala badagokio; zerbitzuaren aurrekontuak edo fakturak; eta IBAN.
