Prozesu bat dira.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Eta prozesu horretan, berdintasun-batzordeak \u2014planaren segimendu-batzordea edo batzorde iraunkorra ere esaten zaio\u2014 <strong>funtsezko zeregina du adostutako neurriak aplikatu, ebaluatu eta denborarekin hobetzen direla bermatzeko.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zer da zehazki berdintasun batzorde bat? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Organo paritario eta kolegiatua da,<\/strong> enpresak eta langileen legezko ordezkariek (LLO) izendatutako pertsonek osatua. Haren funtzioa da berdintasun-planaren segimendua egitea, ebaluatzea, berrikustea eta hobetzeko proposamenak egitea. <\/p>\n\n<p>Haren sorrera eta funtzionamendua 901\/2020 <em>Errege Dekretuaren 9. artikuluan <\/em>araututa daude, eta <strong>ez da hautazkoa:<\/strong> plana onartu ondoren eratu behar da, eta indarrean dagoen bitartean aktibo mantendu (Espainiako Gobernua, 2020). <\/p>\n\n<p>Hala ere,<strong> beren plana onartu duten erakunde askotan, batzordeak ez du funtzionatzen<\/strong>, ez dago behar bezala prestatuta edo zuzenean ez da aktibatzen. Albiste honetan, eraginkortasuna eragozten duten ohiko hiru akats errepasatuko ditugu&#8230; eta nola ekidin praktikan eta araudia betez.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. errorea: Batzordea sortu&#8230; baina ez kideak prestatu <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Batzordearen funtsezko <strong>eginkizunetako bat da plana hobetzeko proposamenen jarraipena, ebaluazioa, berrikuspena eta formulazioa egitea<\/strong> (901\/2020 Errege Dekretua, 9.1). Hala ere, batzorde askok ez dute lan horiek egiteko behar den prestakuntza.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hobekuntza: <\/strong>9.4 artikuluaren arabera, enpresak prestakuntza espezifikoa bermatu behar du, genero ikuspegiarekin, batzordeko kide guztientzat (901\/2020 Errege Dekretua, art. 9.4). Urteko prestakuntza-egutegi bat sartzeak eskumen falta saihesten du eta gobernantza indartzen du. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. errorea: Erabakiak, berrikuspenak edo gorabeherak aktetan ez jasotzea <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Batzordearen eztabaidak aktetan islatu behar dira, bertaratutakoen zerrendarekin<\/strong>, aztertutako gaiekin eta ondorioekin, eta planaren espedientean sartu behar dira (901\/2020 Errege Dekretua, 901\/2020 Errege Dekretua, 1. artikulua). 9.2).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hobekuntza:<\/strong> 901\/2020 Errege Dekretua betetzeaz gain, Langileen Estatutuaren 47.3 artikuluak ahalmena ematen du akta horiek Lan Ikuskaritzan aurkezteko, kontrolen bat izanez gero, haien froga-balioa indartuz (Langileen Estatutua, art. 47.3). <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. errorea: Plana onartu ondoren, batzordea ez aktibatzea <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Batzorde ez-aktibo batek ez du betetzen bere etengabeko zaintza-funtzioa.<\/strong> 901\/2020 EDak bileren gutxieneko maiztasuna finkatzen ez badu ere, Berdintasun planak egiteko gida teknikoak urtean gutxienez bi bilera egitea gomendatzen du, jarraipen eraginkorra egiteko (Lan eta Gizarte Ekonomiako Ministerioa, 2021).  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hobekuntza: <\/strong>Bilerak eta berrikuspenak egiteko sei hileko egutegia ezartzen du, planean aurrez definitutako datekin, doikuntzen detekzio goiztiarra bermatzeko. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ereinnen lagunduko dizugu <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Emakundek <strong>homologatutako erakunde gisa, <\/strong>zure berdintasun-batzordea diseinatu eta prestatzen dugu, arau-eskakizun guztiak bete ditzan eta eraginkortasunez funtziona dezan: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prestakuntza espezifikoa eta etengabea (programa ziurtatua Emakunden).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batzordearen gobernantzan eta koordinazioan aholku ematea. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Froga-balioa duten aktak diseinatu eta erregistratzea. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jarraipenerako eta ebaluaziorako sei hileko egutegia. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ereinn.com\/eu\/harremanetarako\/\">Jarri harremanetan Ereinn Aholkularitza <\/a>eta Trebakuntzarekin, zure erakundean berdintasuna zorrotz eta modu praktikoan bultzatzeko. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Erreferentziak <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u25cf Espainiako Gobernua.
